Exercises are a great way to growing taller. Exercises mostly involve different stretches, and are really easy to execute. For the workout become effective, you will have to do them every day for a long period of time. It does not help to do them once in a while, or a couple of times a week.

That is why many people don't think it's possible to get taller through exercises. The fact that you have to do them so often is a turn off for many people, and is why it may not be so popular. Getting proper nutrition and avoiding growth suppressing foods is important if you want to become taller. So what kind of food helps growth?

Correct nutrition


You just lie down facing down with your palms on the floor under your shoulders. Arch your spine up leading with your chin. Arch it as far back as you can but don't push too hard. This needs to be down slowly between 5 and 30 seconds.

Cat Stretch

Get on your hands and knees with your arms locked out. Breathe in as you flex your spine down and bring your head up. Breathe out as you bring your spine up into an arch position while bringing your head down. You also do these slowly, between 3 and 8 seconds.

The Bridge

Lie down on the floor with your knees up and your feet flat on the floor and as close as possible to your bottom. Grab your ankles and hold on to them as you thrust your hips up and arching your spine. Push your abs as far up as you can, if you can't hold on to your ankles, then just keep your hands close to you and help push with them. This one may be hard at first, but once you get used to it it'll be a snap.

Wall Stretch

Get with your back against a wall. Lift your hands up as high as you can while getting on your tip toes. You need to keep your back flat on the wall at all times. It'll be hard at first because you'll keep wanting to bring your abs forward so you'll end up touching the wall with only your bottom and the back of your neck.

Correct nutrition

A few of them I could do only at the gym, but that was okay, since I went every day. The best growing taller exercises in this program were, however, very easy to follow and I was able to perform them at home.
