Stretching Exercises to Increase Height

Increasing height is the top dream of people who have short posture. It is because being short is considered torturing, in the sense that people naturally or unconsciously respect more to the tall guys or women than their short counterparts.

Do it by kneeling first, place your hands and knees on the floor. After that, spread your legs while holding your body up by your hands and feet. Stay in this position for 15 seconds. 

  1. Wall Stretch

  1. Bridge

Try to lay supine but bent your knees and make your feet flat on the ground. Your hands are trying to reach your ankles while making your feet close to your body. After that, try to lift your torso with your stomach is facing the ceiling. Stay in this position for 15 seconds.
